Shredded Sprout, Kale and lemon salad

Salads are an important addition to any entertaining occasion. This fresh crisp salad uses shredded sprouts, kale, lemon and Bakers Delight delicious Turkish Bread Loaf.
1 Turkish Bread Plain Loaf, roughly torn and lightly toasted
400g Brussel sprouts, washed & shredded
200g Kale, washed & chopped
¼ cup toasted flaked almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Pinch of salt and pepper

Make dressing by combining the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.

Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Dress with the lemon oil, then transfer to a clean bowl or plate for serving.
