1. Entries close 9am Monday 6 July. Please note entrants must be available on Tuesday 7 July 2009 to attend the performance.
2. Romeo and Juliet is being performed by the WA Ballet Company from 3 July to 18 July at His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth. This acclaimed production from Deutsche Oper Am Rhein, choreographed by Youri Vàmos, is set in the 1930's and features an evocative set and costumes from the period.
3. When young Romeo Montague tricks his way into the lavish masked ball of the Capulet family it is love at first sight. but the Capulets are old enemies of the Montagues and the immediate passion between Romeo and the beautiful Juliet Capulet is quickly forbidden. Euphoric with love and forgoing the approval of their families, the young lovers play by their own rules, and soon hatch a dangerous plot that ends in heart-breaking tragedy.
