To ensure Salsa’s Fresh Mex meals are a taste sensation, we have engaged the services one of America’s top chefs to the stars, Mr. Jeffrey Parr. Jeff is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and he trained under James Beard Award Winning Chef (Deemed “the Oscars of the food world,” by Time magazine) Paul Bartolotta, at Chicago’s Spiaggia.
The people Jeff has prepared meals for reads like who’s who of the business and entertainment world, President Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Dr. Robert Ouellet of Google World, renowned violinist Yo Yo Ma and musician Itzhak Perlman, Celine Dion, Santana, Neil Diamond, U2 , Lionel Richie, ZZ Top, Dave Matthews, John Oats, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Team and Britney Spears.
Jeff is now a highly regarded restaurant consultant and has a particular passion for Mexican food being a partner in Qdoba Mexican Grill in the US. Jeff will be overseeing Salsa’s menu selection and will be a regular visitor to Australia to oversee Salsa’s menu and new products. We all look forward to hearing his ideas on how we can keep improving on delivering the best Fresh Mex flavour experience in Australia.
