Native Plants - Native trees have been planted in and around the carpark which do not require reticulated water therefore helping to reduce water consumption.
Building Management System - The system has been upgraded to include roof mounted sensors which automatically adjust the internal lighting levels dependant on external conditions thus reducing the need to rely on time clocks and manual adjusting.
